Booking Policy

DELIVERY APARTMENT
CHECK-IN – from 4 PM to 8 PM / CHECK-OUT – within 10AM
Valid Passport or ID card are mandatory to be checked-in. Clients with NO Passport or ID card and
children with no Passport or ID and not accompanied by their parents can not stay.

 

EXTRA CHARGE FOR EXTRA BED
Supplement for extra bed € 20.00 per night per person.
The final price will adjust automatically according to your selection.

 

MANDATORY DEPOSIT € 100,00 in cash refundable at the end of your stay after checking the conditions
of the accommodation, furnishings, equipment.

 

PET FRIENDLY
Are pets allowed in the residence ? No, only people !
Now, you might be wondering why we made this unusual choice. Well, let us explain.
In fact, there are many reasons behind this decision .

A hygienic environment for all
First of all, we want to ensure a hygienic environment for all our guests . In saying this, we think of all the people who stay with us and who suffer from allergies to animal hair, and are looking for a safe solution . Despite the efforts to keep the rooms clean, the presence of pets could compromise this standard that we care so much about, causing allergies and other serious disorders . Thanks to our “no pet friendly” policy , to prevent symptoms caused by the presence of hair or feathers, we are able to satisfy even customers who suffer from more delicate pathologies .

Your pet also deserves the right accommodation

Finally, we also consider the welfare of the animals themselves . Not all pets could easily adapt to an unfamiliar environment. We do not believe that our hotel offers the right accommodation for animals , for a few reasons:

  • We don’t have adequate outdoor space
  • Your pet would not be able to access to the swimming pool area, solarium, courtyard and green spaces where children play
  • We want to avoid seeing and hearing animals locked inside the apartment for whole days.

For this reason, we prefer to avoid any stressful situation for them too.

We prefer not to disappoint your expectations
Unlike other establishments facilities that claim to be “pets friendly” but then impose restrictions and limitations on their access to common area, we prefer to be honest and transparent . Here, we only welcome human guests, because we do not want animals to experience a restricted stay or be subject to extra payments.

That’s why we openly declare that our residence is not the right choice if you want to travel with your four-legged friends .
We understand that this policy may seem a little uninclusive to some, but we trust that you will understand our point of view and our desire to ensure an extraordinary experience for all our guests.
We hope that your four-legged friends can find a warm welcome in places that have also been designed for their needs .

Regardless of the booking method, in order to make it valid, it is necessary to pay the depoit payment or in some cases for short stays we ask the balance payment of the reservation.



PAYMENT METHODS
DEPOSIT payment – Bank Transfer and Credit Card
SITO WEB – Credit Card circuit board (secure payment protected by STRIPE circuit)
BALANCE PAYMENT – The balance of the reservation will be paid on the day of your arrival at check-in by debit card, credit card or cash. In some cases where specified, the balance payment will be requested 30 days before the day of your arrival by bank transfer or credit card. For short stays from 1 day to a maximum of 6 days, full payment of the stay will be requested.
CASH – Cash payments in Euro are accepted for amounts not exceeding those imposed by the latest
provisions of the law.

 

 

ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE & LATE ARRIVAL
The early departure or late arrival does not give right to any refund.



CANCELLATION AND RECONFIRMATION

If the cancellation will be replaced by a new reservation on another date for the current or next season, no
penalty will be applied and the deposit paid by the customer will be withholding as confirmation for the
new stay.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
No penalty for cancelation 30 days before the date of arrival.
Cancellation from 29 days before the date of arrival will be charged an amount equal to 60%.
For No Show 100% of the booking fee will be charged.

 

MAJOR FORCE
Force majeure causes typically include the following conditions, when these occur in unpredictable quality
or quantity using ordinary diligence:
Earthquake, Flood, Landslide, Epidemic, Pandemic, unforeseeable political or health situations declared by
the competent authority.
Where the competent authority temporarily advises against all tourists to undertake travel for tourist and
non-essential purposes in the affected areas.
For bookings in progress the tourist accommodation will ask the guests to confirm their booking 30 days
before the day of arrival specified in the booking reservation.
